  • What is your pet policy at the Wayback Hotel?
    We welcome dogs under 100lbs in designated pet-friendly rooms for an additional fee of $150. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend. For the comfort of all guests, pets must be leashed in public areas, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. 
  • Are pets allowed in all areas of the Wayback Hotel?
    While pets are welcome in designated rooms, they are not permitted in the pool area, restaurant, or other indoor communal spaces. We provide pet-friendly outdoor areas for your convenience.
  • Are there on-site dining options at the Wayback Hotel?
    Yes, the Wayback Hotel features an on-site restaurant, Paloma Scratch Kitchen which also serves The Swim Club, offering Latin Fusion with locally inspired cuisine all made from fresh ingredients. Guests can drink at the indoor bar or order from the Vintage Airstream Bar featuring a menu of curated selection of wines, beers and craft cocktails. To secure a spot, reservations are also welcome.

    Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for all guests. Designated spaces for accessible parking are also available. If you're arriving with an oversized vehicle, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
  • Does the hotel have a pool?
    Yes, our hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool open to all guests. The Swim Club has designated adult swim (21+) times daily in the evenings, providing a serene, kid-free atmosphere. Pool towels are available on-site for guest use. 
  • Are there vegetarian or vegan options at your on-site restaurant?
    Absolutely! Our restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients. If you have specific dietary restrictions, let our staff know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences.

    No, parking at the Wayback Hotel is complimentary for all guests. Whether you're staying overnight or visiting for a meal at our restaurant, you can enjoy hassle-free parking during your stay.

    Our pool area includes comfortable lounge chairs, shaded cabanas, and a nearby bar offering refreshing drinks and snacks. During adult swim times, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day. Cabana reservations are available.

    Yes, our on-site restaurant features a charming outdoor patio where you can enjoy your meal while taking in the scenic views. Additionally, The Swim Club also offers dining options. The patio and The Swim Club are open year-round, weather permitting, and is a favorite spot for both guests and locals. 
  • Do I need to reserve time for adult swim at the pool?
    No reservations are required for adult swim. Guests aged 21 and older are welcome to enjoy the pool during adult swim hours starting at 7:00 PM daily. This time is set aside for a more tranquil experience.
  • Does The Wayback Hotel have a hot tub?
    Yes, The Swim Club features an outdoor hot tub, located at the center of our hotel.
  • Where is The Wayback Hotel located?
    The Wayback Hotel is located off of Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge across from The Island and The Alcatraz East Crime Museum connected via a crosswalk. The hotel is a short drive to Dollywood, Dollywood's Splash Country, Dolly Parton's Stampede Gatlinburg, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and more.
